Check-in / check-out
A flexible arrival is possible. Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. If you arrive after 6 pm we ask for a telephone call.
Pets
The price for your four-legged friend is € 15.00 per day (without food).
We point out that dogs are not allowed in any public area (bar, restaurant, wellness area, dining room, ...). Damage caused and extraordinary contamination will be invoiced additionally.
Parking spaces
The parking spaces with us are free.
Cancellations
Summer season:
- In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
- In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: we will keep the paid deposit
- In case of a cancellation within 7 days before arrival: 80% of the price have to be paid.
- A cancellation will only be accepted in written form.
Winter season:
- In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: no cancellation fees
- In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival: we will keep the paid deposit
- In case of a cancellation within 14 days before arrival: 80% of the price have to be paid.
- A cancellation will only be accepted in written form.
- For legal reasons we are obliged to inform you that we reserve the right to cancel bookings due to insufficient snow up to three days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Furthermore, we would like to remind you that you have no claim on the operation of all 33 cable cars and uphill installations since some of the lifts might not run due to insufficient snow cover.
Late arrival or early departure
The room price for the days booked is calculated. The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

You can settle your final payments in cash, by debit card (Maestro), or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
